Job Description General Description: This position is for a full time MST therapist.   This position will be responsible for managing a caseload of 5-6 MST cases under the supervision of the MST Supervisor. Therapist work in the home, school, and community and are on call 24/7 to provide caregivers with tools they need to transform the lives of troubled youth.  The position requires travel, day and evening hours and occasional weekend work. It also requires staff to take crisis call as needed for families served. Responsibilities include but not limited to, attending relevant model training, weekly supervision and consultation, completing all agency and model paperwork, and maintain the fidelity of the MST model in working with families. Position Requirements: Master’s degree in a social services field or a Bachelor’s degree based on experience. Excellent time management and organization skills. 100/300/50 insurance on vehicle. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Highly motivated. Self-sufficient. Computer skilled. Knowledge and experience in Evidence-Based Practice preferred.
