Responsibilities include but are not limited to training and guidance in the theory and application of MST to personnel involved with the MST program and who hold a variety of positions including clinicians, supervisors, administrators, and policy makers. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence based, intensive, family and community treatment model that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact chronic juvenile offenders, their homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods, and friends. The ideal candidate for this position possesses the desire and ability to work with families and youth in a non-traditional therapeutic setting (home and community based) and within the context of a flexible schedule (whatever it takes to meet a family's needs). Positions are available to serve youth and families in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Geauga, Mahoning and/or Trumbull Counties in Ohio. Eligible candidates must possess a master’s degree and be licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board.

The  MST-CAN (Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse & Neglect)  is an evidenced-based treatment and child welfare program for children ages (6-17) and families that come under the guidance of Child Protective Services due to physical abuse and neglect.  MST-CAN is an intensive therapy that provides a holistic approach.
