Job Description

Program Manager needed to oversee all aspects of the Georgia Juvenile Justice Implementation Project Grant (GJJIPG) for the following counties: Bibb, Muscogee, Daugherty, Lowndes, and Chatham. This project is managed by Evidence-Based Associates (EBA; www.evidencebasedassociates.com) and funded by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) is at the forefront of developing programs and services to strengthen and improve community safety as well as working to reduce recidivism rates through programs and services provided to court involved youth.

Key responsibilities:

1.) Provide program and administrative oversight for all youth services delivered by subcontracted providers in these 5 counties- primarily by: ensuring compliance with the funder’s contractual requirements, reinforcing the therapy models’  fidelity and adherence; and supporting and overseeing accurate and timely billing from the service providers.

2.) Ensure that referral and utilization goals are met in each county.

Qualifications: Two years’ relevant program/project management experience (i.e., in social / human services) desired. Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred. Sound interpersonal and cultural competency skills to work effectively with a variety of direct service providers, juvenile justice leaders/ administrators, and government policy staff. Openness to feedback and data-driven accountability as well as ability and comfort with giving feedback and holding others accountable to quality assurance are required. A background (especially clinical) working with system-involved youth and families in Georgia is a plus. Salary commensurate with education and experience.  Strong preference for an individual living in the Macon area; frequent travel around Bibb, Dougherty, Muscogee, Lowndes, and Chatham counties required.
