Job Description

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a passionate Clinical Supervisor to join our newly developing team in Kansas. We will be providing Multisystemic Therapy to the at-risk and disadvantaged youth throughout 18 counties in Kansas. We are hiring in the following regions:  

  • West Region: Barton, Ellsworth, Harvey, Reno, McPherson, and Saline counties.
  • East Region: Allen, Crawford, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, and Shawnee counties.
  • Kansas City Region: Atchison, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties.
  • Wichita Region: Butler, Cowley, and Sedgwick counties.

As the Clinical Supervisor you will be responsible for traveling within your region as needed to provide supervisions and overall clinical support to your team of four MST Therapists. As a Clinical Supervisor you are also responsible for providing direct care services to clients including: developing assessments, group, individual and family counseling, and review of clinical service plans. You will act as a resource on client treatment issues for the Program Director including staff development needs and assisting in training of new program staff. You will also participate in community civic groups or advisory committees, training sessions and community presentations/speaking engagements as assigned. MST is a highly researched and evidence-based program with numerous years of successful outcomes. Community Solutions (CSI) is one of the largest nationally licensed providers of MST and has seen success with MST for over 20 years, expanding into 8 states.MST therapists provide intensive in-home and community-based treatment to families of juvenile offenders. Therapists engage the primary caregiver and other key participants to promote behavior change in the youth's natural environment, with comprehensive, flexible and highly individualized services. Therapists have the flexibility of working non-traditional hours in order to best meet the needs of the families and provide on-call support to families through an on-call rotation.Therapist receive extensive training in a research-based, outcome-driven treatment model. To ensure the best outcomes and fidelity to the model therapists receive weekly supervision, professional development, case management and consultation activities.Therapists work individually with the family while also having the support of their entire team. Community Solutions Inc.   • A Master’s degree in a related study of social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • Three years of relevant supervisory experience or three years of experience in the MST model.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Drivers License and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
