A highly successful program is in search of a therapist and a structured salary increase at 6 months and 1 year is being offered!

Community Solutions, Inc is seeking a dynamic licensed clinician to implement Multisystemic Therapy (MST); an in-home and community based service, in Baltimore County. MST is a highly researched and evidence-based program with numerous years of successful outcomes. Community Solutions (CSI) is one of the largest nationally licensed providers of MST and has seen success with MST for over 15 years, expanding into 7 states. CSI has been providing MST services to Baltimore County families for the past 8 years and is currently seeking individuals to add to our existing Baltimore County team.

MST in Baltimore County targets helping at-risk juveniles and their families involved with both DJS and/or DSS systems. MST therapists provide intensive in-home and community-based treatment to families of juvenile offenders. Therapists engage the primary caregiver and other key participants to promote behavior change in the youth's natural environment, with comprehensive, flexible and highly individualized services. Therapists have the flexibility of working non-traditional hours in order to best meet the needs of the families and provide on-call support to families through an on-call rotation.

Therapist receive extensive training in a research-based, outcome-driven treatment model. To ensure the best outcomes and fidelity to the model therapists receive weekly supervision, professional development, case management and consultation activities.

  • Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology and social work or related field
  • Social Work or other clinical license such as LGSW, LGPC
  • Two (2) years of work experience in social work or clinical treatment preferred
