Make a difference with high needs youth and their families! Utilize your clinical skills to provide Multi-systemic Therapy (MST), an evidence-based model of family services, to youth involved with the juvenile justice system, and their parents or caregivers. This model utilizes intensive services with low caseloads and has time-limited services. Helping families stabilize their home environments to manage mental health symptoms, decrease substance use, promoting school success and coach parenting, emotion management, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to engage youth and parents motivating them for change, work independently and as an effective team member, have a reliable vehicle and travel throughout the greater Seattle area. Provide services in the home and community, at times that are convenient to families. Training and ongoing consultation provided.

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for six or more hours a day, and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for six or more hours per day. Individuals must be able to engage vendors, team members, clients and others over the phone and in-person by voice. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
