Therapeutic Health Services - Seattle MST Team is looking for compassionate people who want to empower youth and families in King County-Seattle, WA.

The Multisystemic Therapy (MST) counselor will provide short-term, intensive, family-based prevention and intervention services to a small caseload of adolescents and their families using the Multisystemic Therapy model. You will empower families to address problematic behavior and will help youth make life-transforming changes.

The counselor will provide these services in a culturally sensitive manner with the goal of empowering clients/families to build an environment, through the mobilization of indigenous child, family and community resources, that promotes health, improves parenting skills and ability to address issues independently and increases adolescents’ coping skills in dealing with difficult situations.
