Position: Multi-Systemic Therapy Supervisor

Beginning Salary Range: $47,580-$50,752

Seeking a full time Supervisor for Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) program in Kent County Michigan at D.A. Blodgett-St. John’s. MST is an evidence-based treatment working with teenagers with a history of delinquent behaviors typically occurring in the home, school, and community. MST primarily works with the parents as the change-agent to impact the ecology of the client/teenager in order to prevent out of home placement. MST is a home-based model of delivery and provides 24/7 coverage to families. Supervisor will oversee a 2 to 4 therapist team. The primary focus of the MST supervisor is to ensure adherence and fidelity to the MST model through a weekly group supervision process. The MST supervisor must be able to collaborate with the 17th Judicial Circuit Court, Department of Health and Human Services, the local community mental health, MST services and internally with other Agency programs.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of post-master’s counseling experience is required. Two years of MST experience is preferred but not required.
