MST is an evidence based treatment model working with families and youth exhibiting negative conduct behaviors. The MST therapist conducts assessments and provides direct clinical treatment; provides parent education, training and coaching; facilitates interaction and collaboration with schools, community providers, and the legal system; advocates on behalf of children and families. Ongoing specialized training is provided to MST staff'
Successful candidates must possess a minimum of a Masters Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a directly related field.
