POSITION SUMMARY The program Clinician provides intensive in-home therapeutic treatment for DCF-referred families who have experienced intimate partner violence, co-occurring mental health, and/or substance misuse. POSITION SUMMARY  The Senior Counselor provides direct services/case management/coordination of care to an assigned caseload of individuals/families. We serve parents with substance abuse issues. This position assists in accessing needed supports and resources in the community, facilitates ongoing communication and advocacy between the family, DCF, school, probation and any other involved supports or service providers. This position may also facilitate/co-facilitate groups in accordance to standard practice.   $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! Half paid upon hire and half paid at one year of service!
