PERFORMANCE CRITERIA: These are the most significant performance factors involved with this position and they will be the principal factors on which the employee will be evaluated: Conduct MST assessment to include, but not limited to: Review of referral information Identifying and engaging key participants Identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses Developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context. Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
