Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for therapists on team, liaison with key collaborating agencies and with leadership inside the provider organization, providing ongoing evaluation and staff development for therapists, and interfacing with MST expert consultants. With backup from other agency supervisory staff, the supervisor will be required to support therapists implementing MST 24-hours per day, 7 days per week.
The Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinical Program Manager reports directly to the Senior Mental Health Program Director (SMHPD) and works in collaboration with the Chief Mental Health Officer (CMHO). The MST Clinical Program Manager leads and supports a team of therapists who deliver a community-based treatment model directed at youth and families involved in criminal activity.

The MST therapist works with youth, their families, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement the MST treatment model, a well-researched community-based treatment model, directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their families. Youth treated with MST have had 54% fewer rearrests, 75% fewer violent felony arrests, and 54% fewer out-of-home placements than traditional correction methods.
The MST therapist responsibilities include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, and community agency staff. The MST therapist will function as part of an MST team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation. All MST team members must be available to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage.

POSITION SUMMARY The Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist reports directly to Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinical Program Manager and works in collaboration with the Senior Mental Health Program Director (SMHPD), and the Chief Mental Health Officer (CMHO).
